I am a native San Franciscan with an unparalleled drive to bring health and wellness to all. I have over a decade of health education and am in the process of applying to graduate school to complete my lifelong dream of becoming a Nurse Practitioner. For me, wellness is a puzzle with many pieces that are all different for everyone. It fascinates me to uncover those differences and fulfills me to bring ease and comfort where there was once suffering.

At home, I care for my husband, 12-year-old son, elderly mother, and 7 pets. I love being outdoors and anything with water. I am also an avid kickboxer and belly dancer. When I have time, I enjoy knitting and doing puzzles or playing chess with my son and I am currently studying Spanish with the hopes of being fluent soon!
