Your Journey with Us:

Step 1: Root Cause Prep & Personalized Roadmap
Meet with one of our expert Functional Medicine practitioners. We’ll dive into your history, lifestyle, and symptoms to create a custom plan that supports your liver, gut, adrenal health, and micronutrient balance. This will be done over 2 visits and ensures that your body has a great foundational base for the next steps in hormone balancing.

Step 2: Advanced Functional Testing
We’ll guide you through cutting-edge testing with Rupa Health, including:

  • DUTCH Hormone Panel (optional but highly recommended)

  • Comprehensive Bloodwork

This gives us a full picture of your hormone levels, detox pathways, thyroid status, nutrient levels, and inflammation markers.

Step 3: Personalized Hormone & Wellness Plan
Once results are in, you’ll meet with our Naturopathic Doctor to receive a fully personalized hormone-balancing protocol. This may include:

  • Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

  • Herbal and nutritional support

  • Lifestyle recommendations

  • Nervous system and emotional support tools.

Step 4: Ongoing Support & Maintenance
At this stage, we tailor your follow-up plan based on your unique needs and progress. This may include periodic lab work to monitor hormone levels, seasonal check-ins, or ongoing support for nutrition, stress, and sleep. Some patients need minimal follow-up, while others benefit from regular coaching or medical visits. It's all about creating the right rhythm for your long-term balance and vitality.

Initial Intake & Functional Prep: $199 (until August 31 - Due at booking.)

Includes a 60-minute intake session and a 30-minute check-in with one of our expert Functional Medicine team members. The 30-minute check-in takes place between your intake and your consultation with the naturopath. During this phase, you'll receive a personalized roadmap and foundational support plan to prepare your body for optimal hormone balance.

Naturopathic Consultation & Personalized Plan: $400
Review your lab results and receive your comprehensive hormone-balancing protocol from our naturopathic doctor.

Total Program Cost (without labs): $599 (savings $123)

Functional Labs -
Includes DUTCH hormone panel and comprehensive bloodwork.

  • $300 due when labs are ordered for DUTCH Complete Hormone Analysis. This test is recommended but optional.

  • Blood labs are billed through insurance or out-of-pocket based on coverage for lab work.

  • These options will be discussed with your functional medicine team.
