Water Resources
Unfortunately we have come to a point in history where tap water is no longer safer to drink due to increasing levels of contaminants such as lead, chlorine, fluoride, pharmaceutical byproducts and much more. Water is absolutely essential to life and many of our health conditions today actually spur out of dehydration at the cellular level. Dehydration is persistent even if you drink 8 glasses of water per day. A general rule of thumb is to consume half your body weight in ounces per day. Below are some of my recommendations for learning how to navigate the subject of water.

I'm a big fan of education. WATCH THIS FANTASTIC WEBINAR on the importance of the precious substance we call water.
Essential steps to purifying your water + making it suitable to consume.
1. Filter - get all those icky contaminants out! The gunk in water can destroy our cells and our ability to thrive.
2. Re-mineralize - once you remove all the stuff, you're left with H2O... sounds great, right? Water is actually H2O PLUS a ton of minerals that support our cellular health, our adrenal glands and serve as precursors to catalyzing many functions within our being.
3. Re-structure - water in nature is a living crystal. Spring water is a great example of this- it's already clean, mineralized and structured. All the water coming out of our taps is considered dead water, or bulk. It does not have easy access to hydrating our cells. Although you will absolutely feel better with steps 1 & 2, re-structuring your water is like a cherry on top!
