This is a gentle, breath-centered journey designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and build a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and self-trust.

In a small, supportive group, you’ll learn simple, effective breath practices you can use in everyday life—without pressure, overwhelm, or needing to “do it perfectly.”

Each session includes education, guided breathwork, and space for integration so you can not only learn, but truly feel the shift in your body.

A safe, small group container (max 8 women) What You May Experience Feeling more grounded, calm, and centered The ability to shift your state using your breath A deeper connection to your body and inner rhythm What to Bring A yoga mat or meditation pillow Breathable layers so you can adjust your comfort Water + a journal for reflection A Note on Attendance & Commitment: Because this is a cohesive, progressive 6-week journey and spaces are strictly limited, registration covers the entire series. We are unable to offer prorated refunds for missed sessions or allow spots to be shared or transferred between people.
