Yoga, for me, is a way to connect to the parts of myself that get ignored in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It is a way for me to get quiet and ground myself when I feel overwhelmed or lost. Having this practice - of breathing and mindful movement of the body - has made all the difference in my life, and it is my sincere hope to share that with others.
