Why Yoga?Yoga is a way to connect to my deeper self. It's a place to be reminded of what is truly important and to remember that I always have exactly what I need in every moment. Physically, I enjoy the ability to release and stretch muscles that aren't often used or need to be nurtured from daily usage. Three words that describe your teaching style:Restorative. Relaxing.
