Big Bodies Unite! This workshop is a safe space for larger bodied students who are new to yoga or who already have a regular practice. Find comfort with those who have similar body shape, including an instructor who doesn't have the stereotypical "yoga body." Be guided through breathe work, gentle movement and restorative postures. Come experience the difference of using props to modify and support your practice. (blocks, blankets and bolsters! Oh My!)
