With the advances in technology and social media, it is more crucial than ever that we teach our adolescents the importance of connecting with the most important relationship they will ever have…the one with themselves!
Come empower your preteen with Yoga and Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping.) Both modalities are powerful but pairing the two is a life changing combination. Yoga aids in feeling confident, calm, clear headed, focused and strong in our bodies. Emotional Freedom Technique is a revolutionary process that uses tapping along meridian end points to help remove emotional stressors. Let’s support our preteens with emotional intelligence and life long tools to aid them on their journey of becoming healthy adults.
In this group your preteens will get a chance to connect with one another in a safe container and learn the importance of listening to each other and themselves. Each class we explore topics such as the power of our choices, effective ways to communicate, techniques and tools for when stress strikes and so much more! Let’s help our kiddos get off the phone and onto their mats!

This program is lead by Stephanie Telfer-Lara, Co-Founder of The Remedy. Stephanie has studied many healing modalities, becoming a certified yoga instructor in 2010 and receiving her Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology in 2015. Stephanie loves working with kids and is a mother of two boys
