Come check out this 60 minute fusion class and get Yo-Groove on! This class combines yoga and dance to help you feel grounded and present as well as happy and free. The goal is to connect with your body through simple dance movement, breathwork and yoga poses. The class will begin with meditative breath practice to gain presence. Then we will progress into sculpting and cardio dance paired with inspirational music. Finally, the yoga section will guide us through cool down as well as promote balance and flexibility.
Lead by Nicole Sylvester, a group fitness instructor for over 10 years. She has taught many different kinds of classes including dance, yoga, Pilates and cardio strength. In recent years she has turned her focus to incorporating mindfulness into all modalities of fitness. Nicole's goal is to help promote a lifestyle that includes presence and awareness in daily life.
