Breathe, Groove, Connect: A Gift for YOU!

This is a 60 minute fusion of yoga and dance is lead by Nicole Sylvester. This class will help you feel grounded and present as well as happy and free! The goal is to connect with your body through simple dance movement, breath work and yoga poses. The class will begin with meditative breath practice to grain presence. Then we will progress into sculpting and cardio dance paired with inspirational music. Finally, the yoga section will guide you through a cool down as well as promote balance and flexibility.
