Most of us are familiar with the physical practice of yoga, asana. Yoga is actually an 8-limbed practice. The Yamas and Niyamas are the first two limbs. They are guides for how we can bring everyday life into alignment with our values. They provide framework on how to live a joyful, balanced and truthful life.
How to join the club:
Read the book before April, 24th
We will then gather on April 24th to discuss all we learned and discovered from the book.
Afterward, Charlie will lead a physical yoga practice to bring it all together.
