It's time to unwind! With the sun blazing and summer fun in full effect its so important to take the time to replenish ourselves. Reiki and Restorative Yoga is the perfect way to take a breather and to deeply relax.
This offering is lead by Lily Jaser, a regsitered yoga instructor who has in depth training of the nervous system and how trauma impacts the body. She has specialized certifications in trauma informed yoga as well as restorative yoga. Lily is a Certified Usui Reiki Practitioner. She received master level training in 2012 and has offered private and group level reiki sessions as well as instruction. Further, lily has a Masters Degree in Holistic Counseling with a somatic specialization. Lily's experince and background in energy healing, reiki, yoga and mind body connection deeply enrich all her classes.
