Focus & Strength: Hula Hooping For Beginners

This 6-week class series is geared toward beginners and novice hoopers! No hoop experience required. All ages welcome, every body welcome.
Expect to tune in, work out and learn the hooping basics, at your pace! We will integrate dance, yoga, and meditation, while building focus and muscle strength.
You got this! Hoops provided, and available for purchase through Monarch Hoops and Dance.

Wednesdays, August 16th - September 20th | 6:30-7:30pm
$90 for the 6 week series or $16/class
