Yogic Breath Basics

Breath. It sounds so simple - we do it all the time without much effort or thought.

However, Yoga commands a level of breath and movement that can prove quite challenging.

In this class, you will learn the basics of yogic breathing techniques (Pranayama). Learn how to breathe more efficiently, while stationary or moving through postures, and how to use various breathing techniques to promote balance and calm. Your mind and body will thank you!
