Yoga 101: Back to Basics

New to Yoga? Looking to refine what you already know about foundational poses? This workshop will enhance what you might already know, as well as provide a thorough baseline for those new to practice. Expect a safe, intimate space in which to learn the basics of downward facing dog, sun salutations, and other poses integral to yoga. Learn the steps to building a safe, (fun!), and long-lasting practice.
