Nia was founded on the principle that the joy of movement is the secret to fitness. It is a holistic exercise combining the essences of Dance, Martial Arts and the Healing Arts. By addressing the entire human being (mind, body & spirit), Nia provides heightened awareness and expression through conscious movement.
